You know. Having a dictator is not necessarily bad for a country, Providing you get the right one. If you get some one like Papa Doc was in Haiti, you have a problem. He is there only for his own personal wealth on the backs of all the others. A good example perhaps would be Sadam in Iraq. He is fithy rich and getting richer everday while the other starve. In Jordan they havea king who looks out fo the people. In the Dominican republic they hyad a dictator who was more of a leader. I hate to say this but a good dictator is what PNG really needs. Someone who will rule with and iron hand but at the same time work for the good of the nation. With a dictator you don't have suborinates stealing. If they do they just sort of disapear. Domocracys only work when everyone in the country is of one voice and working towards the same goals. Something that is not happening in PNG today. A good tough boss would bring every one into line. The problem is, maybe all those villagers out there are happy now and don't want to be brought into any line.
