Never consider the moderazation of PNG or any other country one of copying "WHITE" logic or civilization. Race plays no part here. My advice to any country leader who has this thought would be, "Fine. If you find this a problem for what ever reason then copy the governemnts of Tiawan, South Korea, Japan or some other sucessful asian country. They aren't white but they sure are progressive. In fact there are those who think that in this next century they will dominate the world both culturely and economically. It has nothing to do with race and everything to do with education and management. The masses of PNG "MUST" be educated if this country is to succeed.
