READING BOTH COMMENTS, IT SEEMS LIKE RIGHT NOW THE SYSTEM EITHER IS USED TO USURP POWER, OR (IN THE CASE OF GREATER STABILITY) AS A MEANS TO BUILD IMMENSE POWER. EITHER WAY, I FIND THAT THE RESULTS ARE COUNTERPRODUCTIVE TO WHAT THE NATION NEEDS.

WE ARE SUFFERING FROM A BUILDING OF PRECEDENTS WHEREBY THE GOVERNMENT HAS FOUND MORE AND MORE LOOPHOLES AND PATHWAYS TO GET WHAT THEY WANT INSTEAD OF FOLLOWING THE RULES. THE NICE WAY TO DESCRIBE IT IS AS "CUTTING THROUGH RED TAPE".
