I feel like WMH were not always skipped at NAIDC but they have been the last couple of events and they are overseas. The Worlds syllabus reflects that they are skipped at secondary qualifiers

Yes, that part is in reference to later. Original question was about why one split would have 13 WQ and another 16 if they had the same number of dancers. (NT) -- Not trying to hash out all the rules of ID., 22:40:17 07/08/23 Sat

Because it's calculated based on the number who dance that day, and WMH + Overseas dancers get skipped in the WQ -- Pass, 09:13:41 07/10/23 Mon
