He works hard at charming everyone in the audience. He sings to people and makes expressions. Check out videos from ANY show. He poses with people and says funny things as he sits on their laps.

He asks all the ladies who do the M & G to dance up on stage. He has to because he can't waste time asking during the song and having to cajole someone. It is a bonus for those who paid extra to also get up on stage.

She is the one who thinks he does all that only for or especially for her. That is sad because it is not true.

She is not the only one who thinks he is telling her of his real feelings for her while he does his show, of course, but it's a stage act. He is performing. She needs to look around for a real, not a pretend boyfriend. So should the others.
