He doesn't flirt with her more than anyone else. He is kind to her because he knows she has issues. She reads way too much into everything he says or does.
Like the other poster said, he asks all of the people at the vip to go on stage. During that show, the only person he directly asked to come up during BDBBT, was the shorter woman that he had fun dancing with.
He stops many times while he sings in the audience. He didn't have Doug there to clear the way for him, so he was probably also trying to make sure that he didn't get tripped. The space between the front seats & the stairs wasn't very wide. He sings at many people in the audience. It's his job and he takes it very seriously.

Anyone can tell that she has trouble reading social cues. It's sad that she has taken his kindness to be an interest in having a relationship.
Unfortunately, she alone in making that leap in her own mind. Chris isn't some sad-sack shy man. If he wanted to get in touch with you, he would be direct.
Funny thing is that most of them only want the fantasy Chris Isaak, not the real guy. Having a fantasy is one thing. Pining for a fantasy is another and it isn't healthy.
