Mefenamic acid, 1 cap, every 6 hours for pa(in). Pap smear once a year-This regularly must be done. An old woman had to ride my passenger trike From Luisita Mall, she told me her destination, and I told her ‘Just tell me where to pass.’ Seeing my trike’s chair, it’s like a wooden suspension bridge and it got a hole, she backed out..she didn’t ride… ..my trike and she refused to get in. I just proceeded without a passenger, feeling sorry inspite (of my wish that someone has to ride) Few meters ahead, a beautiful lady, perhaps a prostitute, had noticed that my trike’s empty. She made a sign to stop..so I stopped but first, I offered an apology: “My trike’s not looking good, Anyway, which place would you want to go, lady?” She got in and just few meters ahead, she reached her destination and ,paid me P20.00 fare—So happy. -0- Today’s suggestion at the clinic, Doc Vic told me there are mosquitoes in his room, I had to get the baygon, sprayed his room, asked him not to occupy it for 15 minutes ‘til the mosquitoes are gone. He had 2 mosquito bites this morning and he’s afraid of dengue fever He told me it’s an occupational hazard. “When I’m gone, please..you have to close my door, (he politely told me). -0- Another doctor, he is the head of friendly care,--a reproductive health expert? He taught me how to do laundry -the proper way to wash clothes or linen Zonrox here, Ariel there. No, I’m not introducing any product Today, the doc did the washing, tomorrow’s my turn. |

While waiting, the patients can be in that cool place, bonding with their children, communing with nature. Date Posted: 20:19:36 10/09/18 Tue 10/10/18 Dear Doc Perez, The ‘Putting up of a Teen Center’ document sent to your office this morning for your signature, seeking for partnership with Abalos and Gonzales- re : 41-million- peso project for the establishment of Teen Center (Location: in front of POPCOM Main building) was made because, as per my knowledge (I have to verify this with the nurse administrator, Ms. Maylin through FB PM chat because she’s in Butuan City participating in a medical mission), Abalos and Gonzales cannot find the original letters about the building of this teen center which was given to them several months ago. Thus, they ‘demanded’ for the ‘reconstruction’ of the letter, expressing hope and willingness on their part to help build the teen center with their monetary support. Recently or a couple of days ago, Nurse Administrator Maylin was communicating with Abalos/Gonzalez regarding the project which, I believe, as I heard their conversation over the phone, the latter expressed much willingness to help. I went there at OED Office at 10:00 a.m. this morning , trying to see if the letter has been signed but you, sir, noted in those ‘reconstructed letters’ to ‘hold’ it in abeyance (until January next year, according to your staff) after the Admin has finally computed the cost of estimates for the building construction. The contract of bea is having a note from ded's office: a) not to let bea report to office unless there's the contract. I talked with odet and fatima this morning and odet told me it will be unfair for bea not to be given salary on the first day she worked at the clinic (So she just told me that after completing all the requirements for bea's contract, you just have to make justification as to the effectivity of bea's working date. Meanwhile, they're not giving to me the the minutes of PSB deliberation but odet and fatima told me that last oct. 4, they already met and agreed in hiring (bea or any for that purpose..but now it's bea upon your decision). ms. odet was quite adamant while you acted so swift and so soon upon letting bea report to office. she gave back to me bea's document and told me to wait for you before they can act on the matter. 3. about yesterday's case, an asthma patience was given medication by our lady doctor. bea 'took ar small amount or quantity ' of whiteflower scent to help the patient. I just increased the oxygenation (put the aircon to the maximum) to help the patient and assisted her in drinking her med. The latter was also into pursed-lip breathing (We don't have oxygen mask or tank if worst scenario could eventually happen.). The patient went home 'happy'. 4. Some patients looked for glucometer, weighing scale (the clinic’s scale is dilapidated already), gauze bandage, and many are looking for vitamin b complex and ascorbic acid. 5. I’ll continue with the pasting of employees’ names on the index cards for med and I’m hoping to finish it today. I’m at letter H already in the alphabetical listing or order. How’s butuan? |

The place needs an air condition. What I know, the aircon was already purchased but not yet installed (Please verify). If you can facilitate the immediate setting up of the aircon at the said room for the sake of the recovering patients, please do so.
