Singapore also has an absolute ban on marijuana with major penalties of up to 20 years in prison and caning in some cases. So unlike California! They also have severe restrictions, but not a complete ban, on smoking tobacco. This is curious as smoking cigarettes is at least as bad for you as pot or vapes, as well as posing a risk to innocent bystanders who are forced to inhale sidestream smoke. Why they go ape over vaping and pot and allow cigarettes is at least inconsistent. They should ban it all. That would make Singapore a pleasant place.
