I have been cautious about posting actual > discipline here so stick with sketch comedy style > videos and videos of people talking about spanking, > usually from podcasts. Hi Graeme, I think it's fine to post things from corpun.com here altho with a few exceptions or things to be careful about.... We have actually used several pics from corpun.com as forum pics, complete with the large watermarks which Mr Farrell adds to them. I think also one or two stills from corpun.com videos. There are probably plenty of other pics from corpun.com that we've never used. Either cos I didn't find those particular ones very interesting or because I sometimes end up thinking that anyone interested will probably have seen them over there anyway. There's probably plenty that would be of interest to other people on the forum anyway tho. Some of the articles on corpun.com are absolutely fascinating. For example the two lengthy articles on crazy British cane salesman and corporal punishment advocate Eric Wildman. Also the articles (and pics) about caning in the Royal Navy, although those are actually too long to be easy to read. And corpun.com even has some spanking artwork specifically commissioned to illustrate articles on the site. Which are especially interesting and sometimes rather intense. Some of the videos are interesting mostly as proof that certain things still really happen. Like the one of "house caning day" in an expensive boarding school in Africa. I think certain pics we wouldn't want included inline in messages here at all. An example is this one, which I would only include as a link, with a WARNING that the page includes a pic of a bruised bare bottom: https://www.corpun.com/uksc8707.htm corpun.com once also hosted pics of much more serious bruising to boys' bottoms, in its article about the "Court Lees Approved School Affair". this eye witness description from a teacher who worked at the school gives an idea: "the boys' buttocks are covered with green and black bruises, extending from one side to the other in a band perhaps eight inches in width. I have known such bruising still to be visible six weeks after the caning that caused it" (some of these severe canings were for things as minor as "talking after lights out") I think those pics (which were published in full colour in national newspapers at the time) are historically significant and educational because they make clear exactly how big canings could be for a lot of boys in the UK in the late 20th century. (And maybe still are now, in some other places.) But we wouldn't allow them here obviously. At one point corpun.com was taken down by its website provider because of those pics. I don't know if the website still has these pics on it or not. corpun.com also has some gruesome pics and videos of the effects of adult judicial corporal punishment as still happens in some countries. I don't think we would even want to see links to those posted here. Opinions of forum members about pics and videos of "real life" spankings vary a lot. One or two people objected to a link to a social media post that included a video of a real-life belting carried out by a mother who had lost control of her temper. Although, a number of the people commenting focused on their disapproval of the video ever having been uploaded at all, or their disapproval of the way the mother carried out the spanking. A couple of years ago we used a pic of a high school caning demonstration in south-east Asia as a forum pic. Two people complained, saying that it was a pic that showed a brutal procedure that had no relevance to ordinary spankings. This was despite it being a real life demonstration that was carried out in a real high school; and the cane's target was a stuffed dummy that didn't even look like a real person. overall.... I think there are so many potentially interesting pics, videos and articles on corpun.com that it would be a useful addition to the forum, to have occasional posts talking about interesting things found on corpun.com (maybe several related items about one incident or aspect, or several pics or videos with some common theme between them), kind of in a "what do you think of these?" way. Of course we could all go and browse corpun.com for ourselves to find the interesting parts, but that's not as much fun! Personally, I don't have a problem with seeing videos or pics of actual real spankings (or of the effects), so long as they aren't graphic or gruesome or otherwise inappropriate. With the exception of particular items mentioned above, a lot of the content on corpun.com is actually rather tame! (but still interesting) [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] |
