It will grow back but is so frustrating. It might be a couple months before you notice it coming in. You don’t need to do anything! It has happened to my daughter 3 times from a full wig. The growing back period is a pain because there will be a patch of short hairs, she had to wear lots of ponytails to cover this up. Each time was at a major competition.
