We don’t have the political connections that other teachers do because we are so far away from other regions.

If you’re running a FEIS and you want to invite judges, that will place your Dancers as well, and also return the favor to them, you’re gonna have to spend a lot more money to fly judges in from the western region to anywhere else in the country- it might just be basic economics as to why Western region teachers don’t receive the benefits of cheating as often. Then only the schools that are mega schools with teachers that travel widely get the benefits. Small schools get the shaft.
