My dancer went into it just for the judges comments, not prepping for world's and trying out new dances. But it is a competition! Having all champ comps as single age on the syllabus and then not combining to actually make things competitive, seems like a waste. Some champ comps (espiecially boys) had only one person!
$100 to register plus more for those that traveled. That's a lot to spend for "time on stage" with no real competition.
