1. Coat the shoes in a product called Hot Glove, used to braak in baseball gloves;
2. Take a blow dryer to the shoes with the hot glove on it per instructions on Hot Glove;
3. Insert a shoe stretcher in both shoes, expand the stretcher, then blow dry some more with stretcher on it, then expand the stretcher again, etc.. until you get the shoes expanded to the point where you're not able to comfortably expand them anymore.

Then leave that overnight with the expander in them.

Next morning, they will be pretty broken in and now just need to form to your dancers feet.
