Vendors vary from feis to feis-
I think Emerald Key vends (or used to vend?) at the used-to-be-Comerford feis in March (now hosted by Grafton!) and do/did hair and makeup, but most people in the area do their own for at least local feises, so I'm not sure if there's anyone going to these feises to do that specifically.
I've seen Dance Irish at a few different local feises (they're based out of Missoula), I don't know if they do hair/wigs.
Hopefully one of these leads can help you out! If not, you should reach out to the feis organizer to ask if they know of anyone that will be there for that purpose.
