It depends on your goals, expectations and temperament.

If you want to see who has small class sizes, look at numbers of feis entries, or see how many levels they teach in a class on their website. Send them emails and ask. Ask at local feis.

Remember that a school that can make one dancer a champion can also break another dancer. Remember that competition scores are not an indication of the value your child can have at the right school.

Follow their social media accounts. What is their vibe? Do they only post podium pics? Do they do dance-outs? Do you want dance outs? Do they have fun in class or post drills videos.

There are so many other indications of excellence beyond the size of the classes. It’s just one metric.
