The evidence that was leaked was from 2019 and the clause that meant they can’t judge or be on committees was not passed until 2021 so they legally can’t stop them. That said it’s up to a Feis or O committee to determine if they will hire them. Some names we know and some we don’t. CLRG had 44 names but I don’t recall 44 in the texts that came out last fall. CLRG could not afford the legal challenges to this. It does not mean nothing will happen but the suspension will only be 2 years. I doubt they can do anything more based on the rules at the time. Hopefully rules will be strengthened.
