The room block is the only way that the region can get so many things paid for by the hotel- stages, chairs, extra rooms for tabulation, etc. even ballrooms that would be thousands otherwise.

Do you want them to pass the costs along to you? Other dance forms are $200-$500 in entry fees just for solos. Do you want that??

As for us, we like being on site. It’s less stressful. And we are local!
