I just read the administrator's posts. Since you are mid 40's and I'm older than that I guess we qualify. BTW his points about an actual meeting outside this forum is solid advice.

Back in the day there were several spanking sites which actually had personal pages where two individuals could meet in real life. The page included your state and then town or city within that state. There were many women looking for a disciplinarian to hold them accountable for real life issues such as you described. The process usually involved several email chats back and forth which may lead up to an actual meeting. As far as what a disciplinarian might say about your situation. It would depend on whether or not your work productivity was being affected or not by your time spent here. If yes, then a discussion about that followed by you possibly face down on your bed for a healthy dose of a wide leather belt strap across your bare behind. BTW yes, I have met women in their 40's.
