As I said in another post my stepsister always prolonged my frontal nudity while she lectured and scolded me before the spanking.
She never referred to it explicitly or as a specific threat like you mention and as some others do but the shame and embarrassment were there for a boy of 12 and 13 like I was.
At that age I just accepted it as part of the punishment and spanking ritual but today I know that she enjoyed it. It was much worse if she had a friend over and could give her a show of boy nudity and punishment.
On the other hand her hand spankings were not very harsh and she would take her time and rub my butt between swats. Today I have no doubt that she got off on it all. But to be fair she always treated me very well and would take me out with her and buy me things and usually was a loving sister, except for the humiliating spankings.
But as others have remarked, who knows how many girls and women, like babysitters, aunts etc get thrilled out of denuding a boy for spanking, or men spanking girls for that matter.
