In a swim meet, the girls got to see the boys’ boy parts, and the boys got to show the girls their boy parts.

But that’s not enough. Through most of the event, the boys were busy and active. The girls still did not get a leisurely view.

I would love for every school and every summer camp to hold such a ceremony on a regular basis.
They might not call it a "New Mexico standoff," but rather just a "standoff."

The ceremony would be performed in total silence, except maybe some soft organ music. No talking, no giggling.

Every girl gets a chance to see every boy's genitals.
The girls would sit still, but the boys would rotate every time the timer goes off.

Part II: Why?

As a reaction to the prudishness in which we have been raised, this ceremony would raise genital exposure to the level of divinity.
