 Hi Kev,

All of the women I actually know and converse with who are in relationships with spanking do *sometimes* (not always) get it this way, including on their genitals.

HOWEVER, the caveat here is that most of the women I am referring to are more in brat/brat tamer type relationships as opposed to little/big or "spanking is always just pure punishment" type relationships. I'm not certain if that makes a difference.
