 I am also a male who gets spanked, in my case by my wife.
She is a lot more tidy than I am, and early in our marriage we had a lot of wrangles.
Eventually, it was my idea that we would agree that she would agree to be more patient during the week but each time she otherwise would have started an argument, wrote down the offense in a notebook, and told me she had.
Then once a week, we would meet for her to get it out of her system and correct me.
That is the system and it has worked fine for a number of years now. When the scheduled time arrives, she tells me to get ready, which I do by taking off all my clothes and placing them neatly folded on a chair. Then I lie flat on our large wooden table and she goes at me for as long as she thinks appropriate with any one of the number of implements she has accumulated over time.
When it is over we hug and return to normal. We won't have sex that day, but frequently do on the following day.
This has all been a real improvement to our relationship.
