My position is chest on the rug and bottom high, knees apart.
Travis doesn’t use that position often but the way my knees are apart it definitely spreads everything. At least over his knee I can kick and let out energy a little, in that position the only thing I can really do is try to grab the carpet.

This is exactly why as HoH, I favor the all-fours position for severe punishments. It is also stable.
Much as I like legs-back position, it is sometimes awkward to maintain. The best we have been able to do is to make her hold a yardstick across her legs to keep her in position.
