They look nothing alike because of all the retouching. Everything is fake. That is why some pageants have started judging photogenic while they are onstage in beauty. I saw a photo of a child once and I argued with another woman and I insisted it was not the child named in the photo that they had a misprint in the program book. Boy was I feeling stupid when it turned out to really be her.lol The photo was of the most beautiful child I had ever seen but this child in real life is one that people question why her mother would ever put her in pageants to begin with. She is one of the big winners that get blasted on the net all the time for not being facially gifted if you know what I mean.lol

Also, people throw them together at crowning because the hairdresses don't work all day long at crowning like they do during competition. They only have 4 hours to do everyone and that is usually about 15-20 kids. And everyone is tired and no one cares by crowning.lol
