answered. "I'm so sorry. Your grandpa's not gonna make it.
He's been asking to see someone called Lu Loo. Do you know
who that is?" she inquired. "That's me," I said. "But I thought you said you were--" "Long story. No time." I said and rushed into the room. "Luanne?" My poppa said weakly.
"I'me here, Poppa. And I'm Kat. Na-Ni died a long time ago.
She's waiting for you in heavan." I said, tears streaming down my face. "Ooohh... You look so much like her. Long blonde hair...Big blue eyes... very petite..." and he died.
"Poppa!" I yelled, flung myself down on the floor, and sobbed brokenheartedly. I wished I had dreamed this, just so I could give him a proper goodbye. I wanted to die. I needed to die. But I couldn't. Poppa and Na-Ni would want me to go on. So I did. I will keep living. Just for them.
