Part 2 of Chapter 3
I was looking through the eyes of a dead woman. I knew it. But it wasn't me. It was another woman. She had dark hair, I
know that because there was some in my face. I wanted to brush it away, but I couldn't move my arms. Or my legs.
I couldn't move my head, or even shift my eyes. Because I
was dead. Dead. The word was strange, foreign. she was slightly chunky, I sensed that. Also, I knew I was in a moving vehicle. There were buildings off to the side and in the distance. There was a barbed wire fence in front of the
buildings. It was dark, night. I was hot,. There was a jolt, and the impact made my eyes shift downward. The
woman had dark skin, and she was wearing a white lace nightie. There was a gaping wound in my chest. Blood seeped
down, drenching the nighie, leaving only small patches of white here and there. She was murdered. We had been driving a long time; the blood had already begun crusting. Suddenly the vehicle stopped. A red light? No. We had reached our destination. There was a sound of a door closing, footfalls
on a gravel path, and another door, my door, opening. My eyes rolled into my head, not so much that I couldn't see,
but just so that I couldn't see the arm wrapping around my waist, or the face looming infront of mine. I could feel the arm, though, and the hot breath on my face, breath that
stank of booze. Male breath. He lifted me out of the car,
carried me a short distance, and dumped me in a deep hole.
There was an accomplice, I heard two men talking, I couldn't make out the words. Then I felt dirt. On my legs.
My eyes rolled back downwards, and I saw two figures filling in the hole. I couldn't make out their faces, though. Then dirt was heaped on my face, and I woke up gasping for breath.
End of Chapter 3. There'll be more tomorrow.
