Like Jessie I also use names that are actual words in another language. Going on an online translator is fun because you can usually pull up random words.

I also like making my own up by simply taking a normal English word that reflects the character's personality and just re arranging the letters till it makes a funky name.

Most of mine are just off the top of my head or I've seen a name somewhere and just mucked around with it till it fits.
