I wrote this a long while ago, I'd like to try it again.
You may not believe this but a long time ago our world was not ruled by Badgers and wildcats and other creatures but by very advanced creatures whom I don't know the name of.
I will call them Clerms,
Clerms were very intelligent creatures from whom skills and technology were advanced so much that it would make our heads ache.
they had giant stone buildings and lots of Gadgets which we would never understand.
And mice and other creatures as we know could not talk and were very small.
These creatures were hairless except for the tops of their heads and sometimes faces, and they didn't know that a giant rock was coming towards the world from far above. Before they could do anything the big rock crashed in the ground killing many, and a weird toxic gas was coming out of it killing the more bigger creatures like Giraffes and Lions, and such which don't exist anymore.
But the smaller animals like hares, Rats, ferrets,mice Moles, and badgers and such dug underground to avoid the gas, and birds like owls and hawks flew overhead.
the fish were okay though and as were the insects.
but for a long long time they stayed underground until one day they all crawled out, and everything seemed okay, all the clerms were wiped out, but there was stil radiation
fumes around and as the animals lived in that strange new world they started to evolve very quickly, they were able to develop speech and walking on two legs.
And not only that but they were growing...and becoming much smarter
the clerms civilisation was extinct and their technology crumpled away with time. the world started anew with a new race of species they learned together and learned to read from old Clerm books that were so old they almost crumbled with touch.
But the vermin who were there didn't want to help eachother, they just wanted power. So the woodlanders and vermin separated and became enemies from then on.
they eventually came to the middle ages in which we see them now.
I did this before but it was alot better then, hope you Enjoy!
