Though darkness has crept onto the earth,
Below the horizon, the sun lies and waits.
And slowly, the stars and moon dissappear,
And the sky is lit with an intense haze.

Through the canopy filters blonde sunlight,
Ever chaste and bright among the trees.
And the flowers and turf are lighten up
As in shadows, morning light is seen.

The sky is set in a rich color array,
of vivid gold, purple and blue.
Morning dew hangs upon each tree leaf,
And surrounding all is a misty hue.

Rich wonderful melodies fill the air,
compliments of the crickets and birds.
And with the song, flowers shall dance
With the wind, to the song without words.

Morning bells ring and fill the crisp air,
And continuously shining are the sun's rays.
And as the moon fades, birds will sing:
Rejoice, for it is a new day.

AN: Not my best, I don't think. Nope, Bittersweet Truth still holds that title. But I still like it. ^___^
