Beside Scarlet, Tira gave a small yap and morphed into an owl as well, much like Rex, only slightly smaller. Then she morphed into a chaffinch, an autumn-colored cat and into a snow leopard -his favourite form-, all in rapid succession.

"Well, it seems Tira's getting a bit excited, himself!" Scarlet bent down to cuddle Tira comfortingly to calm him down. "He hasn't seen another shape-shifter in a while. There wasn't anyone else who had a daemon in my home, back in France." Scarlet looked up and locked gazes with Katrina and whispered. "To be linked is the most wonderful thing in the world. I promise i'll try to help you find a mage who can link both of you. Rex obviously loves you as much as you love him. Something that rare shouldn't be wasted. You have my word, Majesty."

Tira gave a little mew and flicked his tail. He blinked his now ice-blue eyes at Rex and cocked his head to one side. He pressed himself against Scarlet and rested his head against her leg. Belaldur lipped playfully at her hair, and she extended a hand to calm the stallion.
