Dalamar holds her, not wanting this to ever end, and in the first time in his life he felt content. So what if the other elves hated him? He loved Glifinial and she loved him. That was all that mattered. She more than made up for the years of torment he had undergone. He wished he could thank her somehow, for listening to his troubles, befriending him, loving him... it was far more than anyone had ever considered doing for him, but how to thank her? He didn't know.
