delena you are the very best!!!! i totally have grasped so much of this now (what was quite obscure before), thanks so much for taking the time to type all that out because i assure you it really helped. (see, still able to use italics too!!!)
ok, you said the words that stood for ???...yes it was that mysterious and evil dvd rom!!! hahaha i was laughing so hard when i read that, you said it, that's what it was, trust you to say those mysterious words, LOL! he said other evil words too, like camera thingy that goes on top of the computer, and scanner, but i have a better grip of what those are! LOL!
funny but i have no idea what my ram is, but i am sure it is no where near 264 or whatever, probably more like 64, anyhow i will look forward to shopping now with more intelligence. also i am still laughing pretty hard at how hard it was to get it thru my thick skull that black and white is one game, hahahaha, god still laughing LOL! ok, well i will see if staples has a rebate, if not i will see if i can find this other place. naturally this is not going to happen this week, but i hope to get all this taken care of within a few weeks to a month at most.
i sure do appeciate your help on all this. turtle shoes, voodoo cards, whatnot, god i am laughing all over the place, but at least i am smarter now!! hahaha! thanks delena, you are great!
