Romana's actually a little bit impressed. These blues weren't so bad. now that she thinks about it, in any case, browns and bronzes probably couldn't follow her through the dense underbrush and woods. They were keeping up, too. Wait a minute, they weren't supposed to do that! She was the mistress of their puny souls right now, she was supposed to lead them to misery (or completion, in one case). Suddenly, she shoots straight up into the branches, alighting in a dense patch of leaves close to the trunk. From there, she spends her lungs on a massive scream that pierces the night, regaining her breath swiftly and returning to flight. This time she darts above the canopy and remains there, spiralling slowly upward as she judges the status and positions of her suitors. After locating the three, she speeds off over the forest, hanging low over the treetops and every once in a while beating glowing wings to send her a bit higher, or to greaten her speed. It's mostly a series of dives, however. She moves straight - this is a test of pure speed and willingness to keep up with her bottle green body.
