I had to take a few months off after La Toya's ommission from the Top 15 at Miss Universe 2010. So pageant season is here again!!! YEAH!!! Trini77 thanks so much for your daily posts!! Very informative!! First off let me say that the line up for Miss TTU is good so far, with Gabrielle Walcott as my favorite so far. Gabrielle looked stunning in every picture I saw her in at the screening and from the past two years since her stint at Miss World. I really do think that she is the best delegate so far and WILL bring TnT back to the Top 15. I see from the Miss Trinidad and Tobago Universe Facebook Page that people really like Renee'. But I have to tell you that I was not blown away by her pictures. Maybe after the professional pictures that the girls are taking this weekend I will be more inclined in that direction. Another thing the pageant company HAS to set down guidelines as to what these young ladies wear to the screenings aside from their swimsuits. The dress code should be business casual or casual chic. I was VERY frustrated to see girls showing up in dingy vests and old jeans. If you are going to do jeans at least make it a new pair with a nice top or shirt. These young women have to realise that this is a job and this screening is the first step in the interview process. Gabby is the only one so far that looks internationally competitive. Renee just looks like a pretty litte girl in the pics I have seen so far.I don't see her doing anything at MU at all but maybe I will change my mind when I see more. For now, she is just a yawn. Her modelling pics on the web tell me her body is not that good in terms of SS impact but maybe her body has matured since. For now, I see a few pretty ladies but only Gabby looks like the real deal. P.S. I think LeeAnn Forbes could win BB and place in the finals of Top Model at MW. In my opinion she is the complete package and could be our second Miss World. [ Post a Reply to This Message ]
