Anya has now been comfirmed as one of the 20 designers on Project Runway which begins airing on TV at the end of the month. I am so happy for her. I genuinely like her clothes and I love her creativity. She is going to make us Trinis proud. It is still a bit sad though that the local media is now reporting her 2009 sex-tape as the BIG STORY again. They totally did not put any importance on her as a designer, her work, or the fact that she is on one of the most successful international fashions shows in the world. Sad!!! Personally, I myself felt a little embarrassed for her when the tape came out but the truth of the matter was she just made a stupid decision to have it filmed. Someone got a hold of a copy by hacking and well the rest is history. I don't see the need to beat a dead dog. It's 2011 and Trinbagonians need to get over it. The young lady is a geat new designer and she is doing something positive with her life. I don't see anyone bashing Kim Kardashian so why pong our own who is really doing something wonderful with her life. Now as for Gabby, what can I say. In my opinion, she is one of the five most beautiful delegates at MU this year. I am currently predicting a top 10/8 finish but truth be told, if she make top 3 I would not be surprised. It all depends on what the final judges are looking for and who they like. So for now I am predicting top 8 and possibly a top 4 finish. She has the face of a winner and is really intelligent so anything can happen if she cracks the top 4. Admittedly, if she makes the top 4, she could possibly win. There, I said it!
