Went to trainng centre in Tampines today. Have to get up very very early but was still a bit late. This is supposed to be a orientation which everyone is supposed to go within the first 3 months in the job. So i am really late (already 9 months hahhaah). It was really boring, almost fall asleep, my collegue who went with me as well did just that. Then we went for long lunch and was late for class again. After teabreak, we zao class and hid in the canteen drink kopi hahaha....... but we are not the only bad ones, some ppl took their bags and left after lunch. The whole group is really big with all the new personal bankers (fresh grads). Most just joined less than a month or even 1 week only i think. Poor things... i think personal bankers very cham, must work very hard and tolerate all kind of customers, have very thick skin cos customers will scold and suan you and all, then got monthly targets, very stressful.
We met this group of management trainees and guess how much is their starting pay?? $3k!!! so envious.......some are fresh grads some more...... hai.........All look like the high flyers type... hai........
My boss going on long leave until end of Sept so this few weeks can be more relax...... at least he not ard but also more mafan lah cos the relief not so familiar with our customers so operations more mafan......but still more relaxed cos the relief wont be ard all the time, only pop in from time to time with prior warning.
Tomorrow have to open door, so have to wake up early as well.... ahhhhhhhhhh....... so kelian.......
