i am going to make a cheesecake for cozi!!!! heee a totally no bake recipe. my first attempt. *fingers crossed*

looks really easy. hope i will discover some natural talent in me for this. hee

Chocolate No Bake

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

Thackeray
1 1/2 cups Semi-sweet choco chips
1/2 cup Sugar
1 package 8oz cream cheese -- softened
1 package 3oz cream cheese -- softened
1/4 cup Butter or margarine -- softened
2 cups Frozen whipped topping -- thaw
1 6oz pkg graham cracker crust

In small microwave-safe bowl place chocolate chips. Microwave at high 1 to 1-1/2 min or until chips are melted and mixture is smooth when stirred. Set aside to cool. In large mixer bowl beat cream cheese, sugar and butter until smooth. On low speed blend in melted chocolate. Fold in whipped topping until blended; spoon cheese mixture into crust. Cover; chill until firm.
You can garnish with whipped topping
and some shaved chocolate.

will go shopping perhaps on thurs for all the ingredients. n then i will work on the cake on fri afternoon after my paper n happy birthday for cozi!!! heeee i only have 20bucks left in my bank acct n i hope the ingredients wont be too expensive....

hmmmm or can anyone loan me some sugar and mayb a tupperware??? heee need something to hold the cake n i hav no time to go back home to get those stuff....
anyone noes wat is graham cracker crust??
