hahah yah lor
i nearly fainted!!! oh my.... too long never exercise liao. was on the cycling thingy for abt 10mins then got off it n as we were walkin towards the water cooler, i can see many many black spots. terrible feeling.... hua said i look damn pale n white.... drained of blood but my ears felt really warm n as if there were lots of fluid there....

sat down for a while to recover before heading for a drink... hahaa tink i scared weihua liao

it was better when we went back. tried our hands on weight liftin!!! those scary big big machines with lotsa metal pieces ones.... love the rowing machines.... heehee i wanna go again!!!
