yo babes!

juz came back from my interview. it was short. i actually din send in any application so i got my interview slot thru illegitimate ways....hahaha pulling strings.... hiakhiak

the ger before me spent a long time in the interview room..... at least 15mins whereas i was in there for less than 10mins.
hmmmm quantity? quality?
they laughed quite often in the previous interview. mine was orite....

they asked me wat kind of events wld i organise to improve interaction between residents. i said i wld organise alot of suppers! hahaha i said tat everyone loves eating. then this guy (oh ya an interview panel of 3!) told me tat not everyone loves eating. he said he attended one block supper with less than 10% attendance rate. he asked me how to solve tat prob. i commented tat the social ties between the residents are not close enuff to encourage attendance at such gatherings. then i suggested having suppers with the various floors, among a smaller grp, before proceeding to organise a major one. then he retorted tat i wldnt have so much time to organise so many suppers. i said everyone has to eat. i will have to set aside time to eat as well so makin time for supper is no big prob. the guy gave a very ambiguous smile. dunno whether is it gd or bad.

they kept askin me if i have any majoy committments n blah blah blah.... then i actually will get 7 days leave whereby no one can bother me with anything regarding hall matters. i was seriously surprised at tat n said tat i wasnt expectin tat. tin ktat was a gd answer cos all three looked pleased. hahaha

aiya....overall i tin kit went pretty well. juz hope tat i will get it. if not, oh well.... no big deal.
