was reading straits times abt sars just now. apparently it's not as infectious? contagious? dunno wat the word! as it appears.. only if u go close to someone who is VERY SICK already, and must be pretty CLOSE CONTACT then only will kena. and also fluid of the person, eg. mucus or saliva? now my fren also sending me this mail.. i cut n paste a bit here..

hrmmpp.. like tt also quite scary lah.. cos u noe when u go out u sure will touch things.. then must be careful not to rub eyes n mouth wif hand? must wash all the time ya.. but then again.. prob is touch some very 'sick ppl' only and these sick ppl are all in hospital liao!!! hrmmp.. cos i very paranoid now.. dare not go out.. but tmrw have to go downtown do project.. sigh....
yesterday i also called mr ellis n ask him. he say so kelian have to go sch earlier today in case any student turn up. i think i rather dun affect us.. i dun wan to delay my exams!!! just wan everything to be over asap!!!! the sch folks very cham.. cos now cut into their hols!!!! i certainly dun wan tt!! so pls let us take exams in peace!!! only weihua this kind IA ppl so eng can sit there tiao ka, think very fun! sighhhhhhhhh
thus, me n qi today still continue to go library. we lock ourselves up in this study room in the library la. hehehehee... ah well.. still, now they say contact also scary.. wahliao.. go toilet cnanot push handle bar meh?? cham cham.. better go stock up on food, in case really quarantine lah!! hahahahaha
oh ya today my tutor in class kept coughing, we all so scared!!!! hehehehehe

i wanted to watch chicago, but then dun think i got time to watch! esp now wif SARS ard, i also scared lah. just wan to avoid crowded places n stuff. plus exams really stressful!!!!! i still dun think the pianist is for me ;P and wats that nicole kidman show abt?

so mun is coming over on fri. i will confirm where i wanna meet u. wat u wan to eat for dinner? u r the tight budget one! hehehe.. if really broke we cook instant noodles! haha.. so kelian.. can eat in sch.. but cannot *too* late lah. or else we c how lor! anyway mun ah, wat have u been doing wif all ur tuition money!!!!!!! hp bill also no pay, me n qi still speculating issit u started paying off ur japan trip debts!! wahliao!!!! now then start! tsk tsk tsk tsk.. sighh... me trying to control my expenses now too cos post cny went a bit mad n bought too much stuff liao. :P
ah well i'm off for now. so sleepy! qi went clarke quay (or boat quay?) today so i came back early. later need to do proj. tmrw gotta go out early!! damn. take care ppl, avoid crowded places, wash hand often, and STUDY HARD FOR EXAMS!!!!!!!!! (no matter iraq n US do wat, no matter SARS killed how many ppl, EXAMS STILL GO ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! okie.. maybe if SARS really even more 'power' lah.. hehe...)
