why tat title?

hmmm cos the other day, me, jy n xq were discussing this issue.... abt social status n gettin all the networkin with those people who r up up up there....

we concluded tat rgs n scgs r the two better sch for our daughters to go to...
heee

anyway, i met up with shin, marilyn, raymond, george n yeejen yesterday. shin is back for holidays. can actually see the differences in us all during dinner. she invited us over for dinner n she prepared pasta for us.

she wore a nice formal dress! wow...din realli expect tat but juz kept tinkin tat it is very british n also grown up to get all dressed up for a dinner with frenz at home. it is very polite of her to do so but the dressin up part makes me feel further away.... it's like we r all frenz frm sch days n this need to dress up for old frenz..... it's kinda .... i dunno how u describe this feeling

after dinner, we played scrabble! a very different kind of after dinner activity. she always play it with her family. her family strikes such a contrast with our families. who plays scrabble with mum n dad? i feel like i am in an american household there. then after we played scrabble, shin played the piano n raymond started singing. i was sittin at the couch with kaichan n yeejen n it feels so american!!!!! u noe, family gatherings with someone playing at the piano n singins to entertain the guests....

anyway, her brother, who is in united world college, is also a gentleman with whom u can see the gd upbringin he has been thru. he held the doors for me. tok to me when the rest hasnt arrived yet n shin is indisposed. he showed me ard the house. a very nice chap. simply impressive. i muz also bring up my son to be like tat.

hmmm enuff on such future life planning
