hugz for yasmine.. hope ur dad will be alright n everything!!

me too, worry for my dad.. cos his doctor has been asking him to go for the bypass operation (meaning using other blood vessels to connect the main vessels as the main one is already blocked in certain areas and the blood can't flow smoothly thru) for years! at least he keep himself healthy now wif exercise n everything.. but of cos.. we r always worried.. especially wif such a family history of heart attacks, strokes, and watever! think both my grandparents and 2 uncles died of heart attack.. although one uncle prob also having lung problem from too much cigarettes.. hrmpp...

ahh.. still.. every take care ya? mus start living healthily now! eat healthily, do exercise etc etc. =)

okie lah this' all for now. am kinda tired now. lots of things to do/happening/etc etc. will update u guys on sat or sth! take care!
