Elli, that is so scary I'm almost speechless and for me that is a rare occurance. Did I read somewhere that there are appelate lawyers in Geoff's office? That is a specialized field, isn't it? Please clarify.

I've always felt deep down that there was a lot of wrongdoing between prosecutors and judges; that the only real fair trials were the civil trials because the judge doesn't really have a dog in the hunt; and I further believe that elected judges are the most corrupt of all for the obvious reasons. I don't know how they sleep at night.

Perhaps, just this once, the truth will out, for good or ill.
