 Ok, if you're going to play trial lawyer here, speak the right language. The judge didn't "obstain" anything. She "sustained" motions. And per Chris's instructions--It's your "opinion" that the evidence points to Markus as the killer. However, the "fact" is that Ralf was found guilty. Anyone who states anything else is purely speculating.
