Pam, I am unsure about the identification of the palm print to be Markus's. I don't remember seeing any evidence that this is so. And Ralf had just as much motive, means and opportunity to go back into the house as anyone else did, even Eleanor, who has not hid her feelings toward Nancy one bit! Remember Ralf was not to be found by Eleanor and Markus for some time that evening. Your statement that Marcus was the last one in the house is only your opinion isn't it because there is no proof to that. And in regard to hearing a german man yelling, well I'm pretty sure Ralf can yell also. However, there is proof that Ralf, oh excuse me, the shoes that Ralf was wearing that day and the day he was arrested, were in that house at the time of the murder. For Markus to have done this he would have had to put some planning into this production of stealing Ralf's shoes, commiting a murder, and by some miracle get the shoes back to Ralf. Sorry but he's just not that smart.

I certainly hope none of these "expert witnesses" does all of their diagnoses just by hearing someone talk. No one's that good. Who said only 5% of the evidence is known? Where is the proof that only 5% is known?

Nancy did suffer from severe heart disease, I give you that. But in the real world there is absolutely nothing that proves she was in congestive heart failure at the time of her death. Just Ralf's lawyer trying to save him and he failed. Try again.
