I believe Elli was named as a party in the lawsuit also--so how could she join the lawsuit against the show? That wouldn't make sense. I think she should be getting her own lawyer and defense fund ready--she might need it. Sometimes I don't think she realizes how serious this all is. It's like she still thinks there is a fairy that's going to come and clean everything up for her and Ralf. Ralf's in prison, and I'd bet my money on him NEVER getting out of prison, or being transferred to the precious land of germany. If they win against her in court--can't they garnish or lay claim to any of her future earnings as well? This thing could hang on her for the rest of her life. That's pretty heavy--I wouldn't want to be in her shoes...
