 I think you're probably right, Bob. I don't know who's advising Elli, but she needs some and quick. I wasn't aware that she was named as a party in the Springer suit, but it makes sense. And sure they can garnish anything she has or will have, although I think the saying about blood and turnips applies here. I don't think the family is particularly interested in her except their dislike of anyone connected to Ralf - it's deep pockets they're going for and Springer's got those. And FWIW, my crystal ball tells me Ralf is in for the duration. How he can get back to Germany without intervention from the highest authority in their country is beyond me.

One more time: Elli, get on with your life, it's all but over and the fat lady is warming up in the wings.
