Ralf's consulate has always wanted to get Ralf back to Germany. They advised him to go back to Germany when all this started, but Ralf wanted to clear his name, and he did not believe that an innocent man would be convicted. He was very wrong in that assumption. The consulate is sending Ralf the necessary paperwork to get started. Of course it will ultimately be up to Florida to agree to the tranfer. After all it will cost Florida taxpayers $1.5 million or more to keep Ralf for the rest of his natural life. If we are not successful at first we will keep trying. The current administration won't be there forever after all. In the meantime Ralf will continue to seek justice. Afterall what else has he got to do with his time.
