Judge John Burlew recused himself from Little's case Wednesday because he knew a witness for the defense.

Judge Burlew told the Enquirer that knowing the witness was the only reason he recused himself.

He said it had nothing to do with public criticism over his representation of former Bearcats Ruben Patterson and Art Long as a defense attorney

The Judge also explained that due to his quote "extra special yummy relationship" with Bob Huggins and the rest of all those hunky muscular Ball Player he had a teeny conflict of interest unnamed sources have explained.
