Subject: Some bad news

I don't usually like to start Wednesdays with bad news, but today the New and Improved Musketeer Madness message board that was heralded to be the savior for all of us Muskie Fans is down. Again. It seems that when the owners of the site turns his computer off, the site goes away. I applaud their effort, but they either need to fix the problems once and for all - or walk away. There are just too many fans that need these boards on an hourly basis and to compete with these problems on a day to day really is starting to irk some X fans that I have talked to.

Musketeer Madness has made large strides to become the end all be all place for Muskie related news/info and they made a huge effort to consolidate the ever popular message board into their own site and control of the servers. They are failing. I know they are trying and bless them for that, but fix the problems or create another Voyforum board so they don't have to worry about server problems.

I have thanked the Musketeer Madness lads (even though they still refuse to link to any other board) and they do a great job. But they need to focus on this latest problem to make things perfect.

[> The problem as I see it is with the board moderator. Personally I have never had a major problem with him (besides his quick delete finger) but others obviously have. He filled the original board (which at least was always available) with petty arguments with other posters and finally made Snipe or someone else mad enough to steal his precious board.
